InGym™ does not bill insurance companies directly.
Families are responsible for submitting their claims for insurance reimbursement. InGym™ provides a claim form with appropriate CPT codes and ICD 10 diagnosis code for submission to insurance carriers. Documentation or visit notes are available in our client portal.
Steps to Enrollment
- Steps to Enrollment (read carefully)
- Create an account in our client portal: Raintree after clicking "Continue"
- InGym Patient Portal (Raintree inc.) will pop up. If a new tab does not open, please check if the pop-up window is "blocked"
- The system will not add you to the roster for services if you do not create an account on Raintree and request an appointment
- Click the Request An Appointment button on bottom of the page
- Fill in zip code and radius (wait several seconds). Select Location “InGym”, Select Provider “Screening”. Click the Continue tab
- Fill in your email address. Click the Continue tab
- Fill in all sections on the Personal Information page with your Child’s Name and Date of Birth. Enter preferred Date and Time (this is your request for a screening appointment). Click Request Appointment
- If you do not see a suitable time for you, request any time and add in the comments your preferred time
- Create a password for Raintree Patient Portal. Click Login to Patient Portal
- Your requested screening appointment is not confirmed at this stage. Please wait for a confirmation email from Raintree regarding your screening date and time
- We will try to accommodate the requested day and time as closely as possible, depending on availability
Hours and Schedule of Operation at InGym:
Monday through Friday
9am to 2pm – Infants and Toddlers (6 months to 5 yrs old)
2pm to 5pm – 6 yrs to 9 yrs old
5pm to 7pm – Group Treatment for 7 yrs to 10 yrs old; and 11yrs to 18 yrs old
Saturday - Pop Up sessions (Time varies pending staff availability)
Sunday - Closed for Quality Family Time
