At this time, InGym™ does not directly bill insurance companies. InGym™ will work with each family, on a case by case basis to bill insurance for future visits. Families are responsible for their own insurance reimbursement and authorization for initial visit. Appropriate documentation is available upon requests. A super bill will be provided with appropriate CPT codes and ICD 10 diagnosis code for submission to insurance carriers.
